I have the honour to acknowledge the

9244/39 réceipt of your despatch No. 5 of the 5th January,

1933, forwarding copies of papers on the subject

of the extension of the period of validity of

the travel certificate issued to Dr. Peter Pau

in 1951.

In this connection I would refer to my despatch No.93 of the 20th February, 1933, on the general question of the issue of passports to Chinese proceeding to the United Kingdom, and I suggest that, if Dr. Pau requires further facilities, a full passport should be granted to him with the usual notification regarding dual nationality.
